The challenge
Workers' compensation premium audits were run on spreadsheets and email — auditors chased documents across dozens of threads, and carriers had little visibility into where each audit stood. The process was slow, hard to standardize, and tough to scale.
What we built
Ten24 took AuditWorks from concept to a working MVP that digitizes the full audit lifecycle:
- Structured intake and document collection that replaces email back-and-forth
- Guided audit workflows with status tracking for every file
- A reporting layer that gives carriers visibility across their audit pipeline
The outcome
AuditWorks launched with a platform that standardizes audits and shrinks turnaround time — giving the team a foundation to validate with early customers and scale.
