The client’s legacy platforms required users to authenticate separately for each application using distinct login credentials. This fragmented experience was inefficient and created barriers for both users and administrators.

The goal of the project was to implement a secure, centralized Single Sign-On (SSO) system. The solution would unify authentication across the client’s product ecosystem, while supporting advanced security features and future scalability.

Ten24 Group developed a secure, lightweight Single Sign-On (SSO) solution that integrates seamlessly across the client’s applications and legacy systems. Built on AWS Cognito, the platform provides flexible authentication options, role-based access control, secure JWT token management, and centralized user administration. The solution also supports password policies, self-service password resets, and a future-ready architecture for third-party identity providers such as Google and Microsoft, creating a scalable foundation for secure access across the client’s technology ecosystem.
