The challenge
B2B Hardware Distributor serving hundreds of independent retailers who placed orders by phone, fax, and email. Pricing was account-specific and inventory lived across disconnected systems, so every order meant manual lookups and re-keying — slow for the team and error-prone for customers.
What we built
Ten24 partnered on product strategy and built a self-serve B2B ordering platform:
- A searchable product catalog with account-specific pricing and availability
- Bulk and reorder flows built around how distributors actually buy
- Integrations into existing inventory and ERP systems for real-time data
The outcome
Retailers can now order anytime without waiting on a rep, and the internal team spends far less time on manual entry — giving the company a modern digital channel to grow on.
